Common questions
- Reminders aren't showing up
- Make sure notifications are allowed for Cadence in your phone's settings, then set your daily reminder again under Me → Mobile app.
- Turning the Face ID lock on or off
- Go to Me → Mobile app → App lock. It uses your phone's Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint.
- Delete my account and data
- Email us and we'll permanently remove your account and everything in it.
